Laurent has more than 15 years experience leading or founding high-growth technology companies in the financial service industry. Prior to joining CMA, Laurent provided management consulting services to venture capital groups and technology companies targeting the financial service vertical. In 1999 Laurent founded Prescient Markets Inc, an electronic execution business focused on money market instruments in the US servicing over 400 leading institutions. In 2002 he sold the company to SunGard Data Systems, where he served as President of one of SunGard's divisions until 2004. Prior to founding Prescient, Laurent was a Principal at Financial Sciences Corporation, a software company dedicated to providing treasury management systems to global banks and corporations. Laurent holds a degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York.

Peter brings over 18 years of combined financial and management experience, from young and fast growing privately owned companies in both service and manufacturing sectors. Peter's broad international experience includes the development of a hedge fund trading model with Optiontech in Philadelphia, and establishing supply channels between the Far East and Italy. Previously, as an integral member of the Titan management team, Peter helped to profitably grow Titan (UK), an MBO company from Bowater Scott, from revenues of £3m to £45m over an 8 year period.

Jav has nearly 20 years experience in trading and technology, working for top investment banks including Calyon, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, UBS and HSBC.  He is experienced in creating and developing trading systems and businesses that improve productivity and profitability - essential skills in the rapidly growing credit and credit derivatives market. Jav holds a Bsc (Hons) in Mathematics and Management Applications from Brunel University and an MBA (Finance) from City University, London. Jav is FSA Registered in Securities and Financial Derivatives.

Konrad von Habsburg joined CMA at the beginning of 2005 and has been instrumental in developing CMA's business internationally. In 2008 he was promoted to the management team. Prior to joining CMA Konrad was Global Sales Director and Head of Business Development at AFX News Ltd, where, in addition to expanding AFX's business, he launched specialised services for the European Equity and FOREX markets. Konrad was awarded a B.A. in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University.

With over 13 years' experience in software engineering, systems architecture and management, Mike has an impressive track record in delivering complex real-time systems and new developments within tight timescales. Prior to CMA, Mike worked in London, Mumbai, and Singapore as Chief Architect for Agilisys (where he received the Chairman's Award 2005 for Technical Achievement), and others including Cyborg Systems, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (Wasserstein) and Teleglobal. Mike has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Paul has over 20 years experience in client focussed roles in the financial sector, working with leading companies such as Reuters, Société Générale, IBM, and Sun Microsystems. Prior to CMA Paul was Global Support and Professional Services Manager for GFI, a pivotal strategic role where he was responsible for a global team of business analysts, developers and support staff. Paul graduated with a BSc Hons in Electrical Engineering from City University, London.

Peter has more than 20 years experience in the OTC credit and financial services markets. He has played an integral part in successfully developing business for many well known financial institutions, including Bank Julius Baer, International Financial Services (IFS), Salomon Brothers, NatWest Bank, and SBC Warburg's collateralized trading, where he was a core member of the team that developed its cross product collateralization system (XCOLL). Prior to joining CMA, Peter was Head of Sales at GFI's Data & Analytics North America Division. Peter has an MA in Economics from Fordham University New York and a BS in Finance from Boston College
